By downloading or using Dream Tape, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the app. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the app.

Dream Tape is an iOS app designed to help you log, reflect on, and visualize your dreams. The app is provided as-is, with no guarantees of uninterrupted service, accuracy, or availability. You use it at your own discretion.

Access to Dream Tape is free with optional upgrades. The base experience includes unlimited dream logging and analysis, and limited access to AI-generated visuals. Upgrading to Dream Tape Pro unlocks additional features such as full visual generation, weekly video compilations of your dreams, and priority access to processing queues. All subscriptions are handled through Apple’s in-app purchase system, and you are responsible for managing your own billing and cancellations through your device’s account settings.

You may only use Dream Tape if you are 16 years of age or older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. You also agree not to misuse the platform in any way, including uploading harmful, offensive, or illegal content. Any attempt to disrupt, exploit, or reverse engineer the app’s functionality may result in termination of access.

All content you create using Dream Tape remains yours. However, by using the app, you grant us permission to process your inputs using third-party services like OpenAI for interpretation and image generation. We do not sell or share your data with marketers or advertisers. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Dream Tape may update or revise these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or website. Continued use of the app after changes go into effect means you agree to the updated terms.
